Are you a closer with a strong finance background? Smart Chevrolet is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to take our used car department to the next level. We need a leader who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, work the desk, and help our team close tough deals. What We Need:

• Subprime Expert: You must understand bank structures, subprime lending, and how to get difficult deals bought.
• Trainer & Coach: You will be responsible for daily training, holding the staff accountable, and improving their phone skills.
• Appraisal Pro: Ability to aggressively appraise vehicles to feed our used car inventory.

Requirements

:

• 2+ years of Sales Management experience.
• Deep understanding of the used car market.
• Proven track record in Special Finance. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
