Current Shift Needs (Flexible Days): M-F 4:40am-9:30am (MWF) or 11:00am(T/TH) M-F 4:30pm- 8:00pm (M-TH) or 7:00pm (FRI) Saturday 7:30am-11:30am Sunday 8:30am-12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead all aspects of the sales process : including lead generation, follow-up, booking first sessions, and closing the sale.
• Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective members using CRM tools and tracking software.
• Hit and exceed monthly sales goals for memberships and ancillary revenue.
• Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience for prospects and members alike.
• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive foot traffic.
• Conduct outreach through events, social media, partnerships, and local community engagement.
• Support new member onboarding and ensure smooth transitions into training programs.
• Collaborate with coaches and studio leadership to optimize member experience and retention.

Qualifications

:

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in fitness, wellness, or membership-based industries).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (in-person, phone, and written).
• Highly organized with excellent time management and CRM skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset.
• Strong passion for fitness and belief in the ISI Elite Training mission.
• Leadership experience is a plus; ability to motivate and influence a team is essential.
• Availability to work flexible hours , including early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
