We're hiring Entry-Level Retail Sales Associates to join our team in the DMV. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and earning based on performance. No prior sales experience is required -- we provide paid training and ongoing support. This is a W-2 position offering weekly pay , uncapped commission , and room for growth.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and create a positive in-store experience
• Assist customers with product information and basic sales questions
• Promote current offers and services in a retail environment
• Build rapport and provide excellent customer service
