In this Customer Service & Sales Representative role, you'll support customers with scheduling and service needs - and just as importantly, you'll turn inquiries into sales and offer additional services that meet their needs.
• Actual earnings depend on queue assignment and individual performance. Representatives in the customer care queue typically earn around $37,500+ annually, while those handling more sales-driven calls may earn $50,000+ based on results.
• What you'll do:
• Answer inbound calls from existing and new customers.
• Assist with scheduling, payments, and customer retention.
• Convert service inquiries into sales.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on proposals or confirm service.
• Provide price quotes, track proposals, and follow up with leads.
• Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed.
• Deliver great service with a problem-solving mindset.
• Hit individual sales targets and support team performance goals.
• You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Schedule & availability:
• Full-time, 8-hour shifts scheduled between the hours of 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
• Occasional Saturdays may be required
