• Meet with residential customers to assess comfort needs and recommend HVAC system upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, and smart home products
• Conduct in-home consultations and system evaluations using company-provided tools and technology
• Educate customers on product benefits, financing options, and energy efficiency programs
• Create detailed, professional proposals through ServiceTitan and follow up with homeowners
• Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Represent LeBrun Electric, Heating & Cooling with professionalism, integrity, and care What We Offer
