Advisor supports individuals by providing general information about available health coverage options and assisting them throughout the decision-making process. This position is people-focused and education-driven. Prior insurance experience is not required, as structured training and ongoing support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals to understand their health coverage needs and goals
• Provide clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand information about available options
• Maintain professional and respectful communication at all times
• Document interactions and follow-ups using company systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and positive experience

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
