• Job Title: Sales Department Representative

Job Description

: We are looking for an energetic, motivated, and reliable individual to join our Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have strong phone skills, proven sales experience, and a positive attitude. This position requires the ability to communicate clearly, build customer relationships, and handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Responsibilities

:

• Make and receive customer phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
• Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships
• Enter data accurately and efficiently
• Meet sales goals and performance expectations
• Work closely with the sales team to support overall department success

Requirements

:

• Strong phone experience and confident communication skills
• Previous sales experience preferred
• Must be energetic, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to type and use basic computer programs
• Must pass a background check
• Must pass a drug test
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Schedule:
