Base + commission

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential customers through research, cold outreach (calls, emails) and nurture web leads. Must be comfortable making outbound cold calls.
• Customer Service: Handle incoming customer calls and provide excellent customer service.
• Customer Engagement : Understand customer needs, present solutions, and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Sales Process Management : Move prospects through the sales cycle, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet quotas.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate sales records, track sales activities, and update customer databases.
• Collaboration : Work with marketing and other sales teams to align strategies and ensure smooth customer handoffs.
• Product Knowledge : Stay updated on product features and market trends to effectively position offerings.

Requirements

• Excellent command of English language. Bilingual and multilingual is a plus.
• Proven success and experience in telephone sales and customer service is required
• Product training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a genuine desire to assist customers
