Overview

We're hiring in person Entry-Level Sales Representatives to help fuel our continued growth. Represent Paramount in the field by engaging with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods and schedule free in-home consultations with our team. Engage residents in authentic conversation, listen closely to their needs, and communicate opportunities. No hard selling or closing required. Work as part of a tight-knit crew, supporting fellow canvassers and collaborating with the broader Paramount team. This is a great opportunity for young professionals looking to break into a lucrative sales career, with little to no experience in sales! What You 'll Do

• Canvass pre-assigned residential areas and initiate contact with homeowners while persuading them to receive a free estimate on their exterior.
• Set appointments for our consultants to deliver in-home product demos
• Learn our sales process and how leads flow through our sales-cycle.
• Become an expert in field marketing, brand awareness, and how to raise curiosity about future home improvement projects.
• Represent our brand with energy, care, professionalism, and respect to ensure the Paramount brand is well protected.
• Attend office meetings/trainings and collaborate with fellow team members. Compensation

• Salary Pay: $35,000/yearly
• Weekly, Monthly, Annual Bonuses available!
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000/year
• Top Performers earn $140,000+

• Reliable transportation (within 30 miles of Clearwater).
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Supervising experience is a plus for candidates interested in leadership opportunities.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade potential clients effectively.
• Comfortable working outdoors and independently, as well as part of a collaborative team!
• Strong communication skills
• Driven to meet and exceed goals
• Previous sales experience is not needed. We will train the right person who is coachable and has the right attitude.
