Copier Sales Representative Location: San Diego, CA

Compensation

: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Position

Overview

We are seeking a motivated, self-starting Copier Sales Representative to grow our presence in the San Diego market. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants uncapped earning potential while building long-term client relationships. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and selling IT services & Office equipment print solutions to businesses of all sizes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outbound sales activity
• Sell Office equipment print service solutions to commercial customers
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored solutions to decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat and recurring revenue
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Accurately track activity and opportunities in CRM
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure a strong customer experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of copier industry sales or outside B2B sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to prospect, self-generate leads, and close deals
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently in a commission-driven environment
