Compensation

& Perks

• On Target Earnings: $75,000 - $100,000+
• Pay Structure: $52,000 annual draw against a highly competitive, uncapped commission

Qualifications

• In-Home Sales Experience: Required
• Sales Background: 2-5 years of outside sales experience (proven track record of hitting quotas)
• Design Savvy: A passion for organization and aesthetics (design software experience is a plus)
• Mindset: A self-starter who is comfortable self-sourcing leads
