Sales Associate

Overview

: We are a Holistic Health / CBD Store. Having sales experience and knowledge/passion about health or helping people get healthy.

Duties

: - Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance - Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions - Achieve or surpass sales targets and objectives - Maintain a tidy and well-organized sales floor to enhance the shopping experience - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register

Requirements

: - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential - Excellent time management and organizational abilities are key - Proficiency in English is required - Technical sales experience is a bonus - Ability to lift up to 20 lbs for inventory handling when needed Additional Information: We are a pioneering plant science company offering cutting-edge wellness products.
