Responsibilities

: - Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget - Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different car models - Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close sales - Follow up with potential customers through phone calls, emails, and in- person visits - Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets - Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Requirements

: - Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus - Proficient in using software applications for inventory control and sales tracking - Strong sales skills, including cold calling and prospecting - Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships - Knowledge of retail math for calculating commissions, profit margins, and discounts Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
