Our New Jersey-based company is expanding and looking for a future leader to step into our Entry Level Sales Manager role. We're seeking someone with a strong sales mindset, a passion for mentorship, and the drive to succeed in a performance-based environment. The Entry Level Sales Manager position prepares you to manage daily operations, develop and lead a team of sales professionals, and contribute to Verizon's continued success in the New Brunswick area. You'll receive hands-on leadership training, take ownership of day-to-day Entry Level Sales Manager operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and directly support Verizon's growth in New Brunswick. Responsibilities

:

• Actively participate in front-line, in-person sales and customer interactions, closing complex deals and setting the benchmark for the team's customer service and sales performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends and proactively proposing adjustments to sales tactics and strategies.
• Handle advanced customer service escalations, stepping in to resolve high-priority customer issues to maintain our five-star reputation and retention rate.
• Assist the senior management in the day-to-day running of the office, which includes inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring all Verizon compliance standards are strictly adhered to.
• Aid in the identification, interviewing, and training of new Entry Level Sales Managers, ensuring they are prepared for the demands of a high-volume, customer-facing sales environment.
• Take ownership of specific regional sales campaigns or new product launches, developing and executing a localized strategy to ensure maximum market penetration. Entry Level Sales Manager

Qualifications

:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales, retail, or customer-facing role, preferably in the telecom or technology sector.
• The drive to consistently go above and beyond, understanding that this is a performance-driven role with high expectations and rewards.
• Direct experience as an Entry Level Sales Manager is highly desirable.
• Ability to use data and metrics to understand performance gaps and implement actionable, results-oriented solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage difficult conversations, resolve team conflicts, and handle customer complaints with diplomacy and finality.
• Superior planning, time management, and execution skills; you must be highly organized to manage simultaneous projects and team needs.
