Overview

Our longstanding employment services company is seeking an experienced Business Development Salesperson to support the expansion of our existing locations. This role requires a strong background in building and growing employment service branches , with a focus on temptoperm , contract , and directhire placement models.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing and expanding employment service locations through strategic market growth initiatives
• Building and maintaining client relationships across multiple industries
• Driving new business development and increasing revenue within assigned territories
• Collaborating with internal teams to support operational success and client satisfaction
• Leveraging industry knowledge to identify opportunities for branch growth and service expansion

Qualifications

• Previous experience expanding employment service locations or staffing branch operations
• Strong understanding of temptoperm, contract, and directhire staffing models
• Proven ability to generate new business and manage a sales pipeline
• A transferable book of business is highly valued and will support accelerated success
