Buyer 's Agent - Join a Top-Producing, Growth-Focused Real Estate Team High Point | Triad Region | Full-Time | Commission only Are you a licensed real estate agent--or in the process of getting licensed-- who's hungry to grow, eager to learn, and ready to build a career (not just chase closings)? We're a top-producing Keller Williams team based in High Point and serving the entire Triad. We're looking for a Buyer 's Agent who is coachable, driven, and ready to take ownership of the life and business they want to create--with the support of a proven team behind them. • Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analyses.
• Identifying homes that best meet the needs of clients, refining needs, and closing to contract offers.
• Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close .
• Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyers.
• Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues.
