Job Summary

Recreational Supply Corporation (RSC) is a family-owned recreational trailer distributor based in Forest Lake, MN, serving the Upper Midwest for over 30 years. We distribute leading marine, cargo, PWC, utility, and snowmobile trailer brands and support a strong network of dealership partners. We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow an established multi-state dealer territory.

Duties

• Manage and grow an assigned five-state dealer territory
• Maintain and develop relationships with dealership owners and managers
• Prospect and onboard new dealer accounts
• Conduct regular dealership visits and sales calls
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Work from the Forest Lake office when not traveling This outside sales position is ideal for experienced professionals with a background in trailer sales, powersports dealership sales, or marine industry sales who are comfortable managing a multi-state territory. This position offers a base wage plus commission.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience required; B2B experience strongly preferred.
• Trailer, powersports, or marine dealership sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly within a multi-state sales territory, including use of a personal vehicle; includes mileage reimbursement.
• Personal vehicle must be capable of towing a trailer up to 5,000 lbs.
• Comfortable with a travel-intensive weekday schedule, including regular overnight travel, often out of state. Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
