Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales management and customer service, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and drive sales. This role requires a keen understanding of inventory control and retail math, as well as the ability to manage inventory efficiently. A passion for automotive repair is a plus, as you will be assisting customers with their automotive needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Manage sales transactions efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and optimize product placement.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Assist in the organization and presentation of merchandise on the sales floor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals.
• Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge to better assist customers.
• Support automotive repair inquiries and provide relevant information when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Knowledge of inventory control processes and retail math principles.
• Experience with cash handling procedures is essential.
• Familiarity with automotive repair concepts is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is desirable.
• Multilingual abilities are an advantage, enhancing communication with a broader customer base.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective customer interaction.
