• Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls with homeowners who need real solutions.
• Qualify leads, control the conversation, and sell service agreements for our residential repair crews.
• Overcome objections confidently using proven scripts, rebuttals, and frameworks (we provide the system -- you bring the edge).
• Follow up relentlessly using structured cadences inside HubSpot CRM.
• Hit daily activity targets and crush weekly conversion goals.
• Compete, improve, and push yourself every single week. Who We 're Looking For We want closers , not talkers. Must-Haves:
• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, call centers, or high-volume phone sales.
• Strong objection-handling skills and comfort asking for commitment.
• Competitive mindset -- you like metrics, leaderboards, and being the best.
• Coachable, disciplined, and consistent.
• Comfortable working in a structured sales process with accountability. Nice-to-Haves:
• Home services, construction, or remodeling sales experience.
• Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
