Location: Waco, TX Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Base Salary $60,000 - $80,000 (depending on experience) + Commissions Schedule: Standard business hours, with flexibility before/after as needed Remote Role with occasional in-person meetings

Job Summary

: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Waco , TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and driving strategic business growth within the region.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and seize new business opportunities to drive regional market expansion
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Generate new business leads through outreach, networking, and strategic partnerships.
• Understand client needs to recommend appropriate products and services.
• Present and promote products and services to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Requirements

:

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Proven track record in building client relationships and expanding business portfolios.
• Knowledge of the San Antonio market.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
