Duties

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls for residential and commercial pest control services
• Prospect and generate leads through calls, texts, referrals, and follow ups
• Present customized pest control solutions and service agreements
• Close sales and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs
• Build and maintain customer relationships during the first year to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Accurately document sales activity and customer interactions using CRM software
• Work closely with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth service delivery
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development
• Work rotating Saturday shifts as scheduled

Qualifications

• Sales experience required

• Self motivated, goal driven, and accountable Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
