Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative Location: Twin Cities, MN Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Reports to: Customer Service Lead

Overview

• This hybrid role combines inside sales support with customer service excellence. You 'll assist with inside sales activities, including quoting, follow-ups, and supporting regional sales initiatives. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive accurate product guidance, timely quote and order updates, and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-class inside sales support and customer service via phone, email, and CRM.
• Support regional sales efforts and reseller relationships.
• Understand technical aspects of Reid 's product range to advise customers.
• Prepare and follow up on quotes; maintain CRM records.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate timely acknowledgements.
• Communicate with key contacts and resolve issues promptly.
• Liaise with UK headquarters for non-standard items and inquiries.
• Contribute to U.S. growth strategy and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or inside sales, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting and/or 2 year or 4 year degree.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to learn technical product details and provide accurate guidance.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Traits
