Position Summary

LinkW is seeking a highly driven and strategic Key Account (KA) Development Manager to join our newly restructured Business Development Group. This position will focus on identifying and developing new large-scale, high-value clients, developing sales strategies, and building long-term relationships with customers to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market share. Responsibilities

:

• Prospecting, identifying, and securing new clients in need of 3PL services, including warehousing, fulfillment, and transportation.
• Cold call as appropriate in the market and geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
• Creating and executing sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique supply chain needs, and offering tailored solutions.
• Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities and refine business development strategies.
• Working closely with internal team to develop and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements.
• Working with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain management, logistics or relevant fields.
• At Least 3 years of business development and sales experience in the 3PL supply chain / logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of the 3PL logistics industry, including marketing trends and competitor landscape.
• Proven ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities.
