• Looking for an individual good with social media skills and video walk arounds. Also a Team player able to follow the best sales process in the industry.
• Present and demonstrate products or services confidently, highlighting features and benefits to persuade customers effectively
• Provide expert advice and answer questions to ensure customers feel informed and confident in their purchase decisions
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services that enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean, organized sales area to create an inviting shopping experience
• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems, ensuring smooth checkout experiences
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers
• A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning about new products and industry trends
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for processing transactions and maintaining product displays
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• A positive mindset focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences Preferred qualifications
• Previous experience in retail sales or related fields is highly desirable
