Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients, including warm leads and follow-up on inbound inquiries.
• Promote and sell AI software solutions, business automation tools, and technology services to businesses.
• Use CRM software (GHL, Salesforce, or similar) to manage call activity, client details, and pipeline progress.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to support long-term business growth.
• Understand client needs and tailor your pitch to maximize interest and conversion.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure outreach aligns with active campaigns.
• Keep detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-up tasks.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets, including appointments set, qualified leads, and closed sales. Required Skills &

Qualifications

• Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B lead generation (technology or SaaS experience preferred).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; confident, clear, and engaging phone presence.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, outbound calling strategies, and general sales workflows.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to uncover needs and position solutions effectively.
• Resilience and professionalism when handling objections or rejection.
