Custom Construction & Renovations,Inc has been serving the triad as a General Contractor for 18 years. We are A+ rated by the Better Business Bureau, properly licensed and insured. We are currently seeking an experienced project estimator to join our team. This is a full time 1099 position, pay is commission based. Job description:

Responsibilities

include but are not limited to:

• Reviewing plans/drawings and performing take offs
• Soliciting subcontractors
• Putting together complete project estimates Job

Requirements

: The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in project estimating
• Knowledge of the construction industry and familiarity with construction methods
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team based environment
• Experience with estimating software
• Must be detail oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities and leadership skills.
• 5 years of estimating experience is preferred
• Reliable transportation Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
