Manager - Account Management - Direct-Hire Opportunity - 100% Onsite in Plymouth, MN Are you an experienced account management leader ready to drive client success while developing and leading a high-performing team? A growing organization in the energy efficiency and lighting solutions industry is seeking a Manager, Account Management to lead its Account Management function. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in client relationship management, sales execution, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job

Duties

:

• Lead and align Account Management priorities with company strategy and sales objectives.
• Manage, coach, and develop Account Managers and Account Coordinators, including hiring and performance management.
• Oversee a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and high-quality service delivery.
• Serve as the voice of the customer across sales, project execution, and issue resolution.
• Lead the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, including forecasting and opportunity management.
• Partner with Sales leadership, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to drive new and expanded business.
• Ensure Account Coordinators effectively support National Account Executives.
• Manage and optimize sales operations within Salesforce and Vision, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain sales processes, training materials, and performance dashboards.
• Drive continuous improvement and change adoption while participating in customer meetings and events. Minimum

Requirements

:

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Communications, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience managing a team required.
• 4-6 years of experience in sales or account management required.
• Salesforce experience required.
• Experience in the energy industry and/or utility incentive programs.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills. Position Details, Pay, & Schedule:
• Full-time; Direct-hire opportunity with full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, etc.)
• Monday-Friday schedule with standard business hours
• 100% Onsite in Plymouth, MN
