Wholesale Sales Representative Kafiex Roasters - Vancouver, WA Kafiex Roasters is seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative to help grow and support our wholesale partnerships. This role is responsible for developing new wholesale relationships, managing assigned accounts, and supporting long- term customer success through sales, service, and light technical support. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands relationship-driven selling and is excited to represent an award-winning roastery. Required Experience

• Previous sales experience is required
• Experience in the beverage industry is required
• Coffee industry experience is strongly preferred, but not required

Compensation

• Hourly, non-exempt position
• Base pay equivalent to $65,000+ annually, based on a standard 40-hour workweek
• Eligible for commission on wholesale coffee sales and espresso machine sales
• Commission is paid quarterly and based on collected revenue, as outlined in the

Summary Role Expectations This position includes both sales and relationship management responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Developing new wholesale accounts
• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned wholesale partners
• Presenting and discussing Kafiex Roasters' coffees, programs, and values with customers
• Supporting customers with basic technical troubleshooting, including:
• Espresso dialing
• Grind adjustments
• Brew calibration
• Demonstrating introductory barista skills when appropriate
• Participating in espresso machine sales discussions in coordination with leadership
• Maintaining a manual activity log, available upon request This role does not function as a dedicated trainer, but candidates must be comfortable supporting customers at an introductory technical level during on- site visits. What We're Looking For
