As a Sales Representative, you'll be the face of the brand, helping customers find the right plans, phones, and accessories to fit their needs--all while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service. Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate Total Wireless plans, devices, and accessories. Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, products, and competitive offers. Assist with in-store displays, merchandising, and inventory. Handle transactions, activations, and account setup accurately. Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required (we provide training). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
