Are you a motivated, bilingual professional looking for a stable part-time opportunity in the insurance industry? Our growing agency in Sarasota is looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Agent to join our team! In this role, you will assist our community with their insurance needs, provide excellent customer service, and help expand our client base. Schedule:

• Part-Time: 24 hours per week.
• Hours: Monday to Saturday, 4 hours per day (Schedule is flexible and open to discussion based on candidate availability)

• Base Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Commissions: Generous commission structure for new policies (Uncapped!).

Requirements

:

• Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).
• License: Active Florida Insurance License (4-40 or 2-20) preferred, or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience: Customer service or sales experience is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication, reliability, and basic computer skills. Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 25.0 per week
