What You 'll Do:

• Greet and assist customers with product selection, including smoke, vape, and convenience items
• Maintain an organized and clean store environment
• Provide excellent customer service, handling questions, concerns, and transactions professionally
• Suggest additional products through upselling and cross-selling, ensuring customers find what they need
• Learn and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions
• Follow all store policies, including age verification and safety procedures
• Work as part of a team to support store operations and achieve sales goals What We 're Looking For:
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay motivated and focused in a fast-paced retail environment
• Some experience in retail or smoke/vape shops is a plus, but not required
• Knowledge or interest in smoke shop products is highly desirable
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
