Licensed P&C - Commercial Insurance Brokerage Operations Manger Rothstein Insurance Services Inc (see [please apply online] is seeking Licensed P&C Commercial Insurance Brokerage Operations Manger to join our successful team. The selected candidate will assist our new & renewal department team to manage and develop new business. Specific

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for managing the New and Renewals team production. You will also assist the team manage the workflow.
• Network within the local business community to establish & cultivate reliable referral sources.
• Assist with new & renewal business correspondence.
• Assist with management of account expiration list to ensure renewals are processed timely.
• Ensure the team maintains and updates a transactional filing system for accounts.
• Conducts business in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of both the business and earnings implications of the Company.
• Keeps informed of changes and trends within the industry for the purpose of anticipating and responding to profit objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Insurance Brokerage Operations as well as assisting management reach company sales and revenue goals.
• Thorough knowledge of commercial & Personal lines coverages and markets.
• Experience Microsoft Office products Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Department: Insurance Brokerage Operations Preferred: Property & Casualty License in good standing. Required Experience: 5 or more years of relevant experience Required Travel: No Travel Required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
