Job Description

We're hiring 2 experienced to Senior Residential Exterior Consultants represent our roofing, siding, windows, and doors division. This is a 100% commission role with unlimited earning potential , ideal for high-performing, self-driven individuals. Why Join Us? • Attend pre-qualified appointments (set by our office - no cold calling!)
• Conduct in-home consultations and close deals
• Maintain a customer-first approach throughout the entire process
• Work flexible hours (evenings and weekends as needed)
• Travel to clients' homes with your own reliable vehicle

Qualifications

:

• 3+ years of sales experience (Home improvement or In-home sales ONLY)
• Proven closer with a customer-focused mindset
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver 's license
• Flexible schedule and ability to travel
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Compensation
