The Wireless Customer Associate will be the trusted resource customers rely on to navigate Frontier's mobile services and integrated home solutions, providing friendly expertise and seamless sales support throughout their journey. As a Wireless Customer Associate, you'll be the welcoming first connection for customers exploring Frontier's full suite of connectivity services. The Wireless Customer Associate will expertly guide them through our fiber, internet, and entertainment options, troubleshoot inquiries, and maintain detailed sales records to ensure every interaction is both positive and productive. Core Functions of the Wireless Customer Associate
- Onboard customers to Frontier's internet, fiber, TV, and wireless services by assisting with plan selection, eligibility, and activation.
- Resolve billing, service, and technical inquiries, escalating sales issues to Frontier teams as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales records, documenting customer interactions, service milestones, and account activity to support campaign tracking and performance reporting.
- Collaborate with internal sales outreach teams, ensuring consistent messaging and seamless sales service delivery across all Frontier product lines.
- Identify opportunities for bundled upgrades and service enhancements, using customer feedback and usage patterns to recommend tailored solutions.
- Log customer interactions and insights, contributing to sales campaign optimization and continuous improvement of Frontier's outreach strategy. Education & Experience Needed for the Wireless Customer Associate
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications and business is preferred.
- Experience in customer support, sales, or account coordination, ideally within telecom, subscription-based services, or retail environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide customers through Frontier's service options and resolve inquiries. Preferred Skills for the Wireless Customer Associate
