A fast-paced promotional branding company is seeking a Logistics/Order Assistant to support order processing, production coordination, and customer communication. This role requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask while managing multiple ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate daily with Sales Representatives, overseas factories, and customers regarding order status.
• Provide regular updates to customers via phone and email throughout the order lifecycle.
• Enter purchase orders into the system and send finalized POs to factories.
• Coordinate artwork and ensure accurate submission to factories.
• Track shipments and communicate delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update order logs, status sheets, and production timelines.
• Handle customer invoicing accurately and promptly. What We're Looking For
