Overview

We're looking for a hands-on accountant who works well in a fast-moving environment, pays close attention to detail, and can handle daily financial tasks accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
• Manage payroll every 2 weeks and calculate commission every month.
• Manage quarterly sales tax for CA, and yearly sales tax for other states.
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation and account analysis to ensure accuracy.
• Perform journal entries, account reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
• Support auditing processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks for efficient financial management. Experience The ideal candidate will have:
• Bachelor 's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field in the U.S.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (Green Card holder)
• Proficient in QuickBooks.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable and consistent work schedule with the ability to meet deadlines Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour
