Overview

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Representative with proven experience in the wheel and tire industry. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of wheels and tires, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Promote and sell wheels and tires to dealers, retailers, and wholesale customers
• Manage accounts, pricing, and product recommendations based on customer needs
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow assigned territories
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay informed on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, and management) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions
• Using strong research skills and deep product or industry knowledge to answer any questions about the product

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the wheel and/or tire industry
• Strong knowledge of wheel and tire products, fitments, and applications
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• Proficient with basic computer systems (CRM, email, spreadsheets)
• Existing customer base or industry contacts
• Experience with wholesale, dealer, or B2B sales
• Knowledge of aftermarket automotive products
• Bilingual skills are a plus (but not required) What We Offer
