We're building our foundational sales team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and looking for motivated individuals who want to gain real-world sales experience while earning strong commissions. • Conduct canvasser outreach in residential neighborhoods
• Speak with homeowners about window replacement and energy efficiency
• Educate homeowners on how new windows can improve comfort and reduce energy costs
• Set qualified appointments for our inspection and closing team
• Represent SunSmart Windows of Dallas professionally in the field What You 'll Earn
• 1099 commission-based role
• Average reps earn $85,000 -$125,000 annually
• Uncapped commissions with weekly earning potential
