The dispatch management lead position involves overseeing the logistics, sales, operations and support of our company's dispatching team.

Responsibilities

include Team Leadership, Dispatch Coordination, help with scheduling, customer service oversight, data management, reporting, sales lead and support, tracking performance, celebrating successes, creating standard operating procedures, optimizing efficiencies, and maintaining communication with drivers and other departments. Understanding and knowledge of all aspects of towing and recovery equipment and pricing is a must. Class A CDL is a must with towing and recovery experience. A successful candidate has strong leadership skills, great communication skills, experience in sales and logistics, and a solid understanding of how to dispatch drivers out of multiple locations. Multitasking, computer skills, reporting, problem solving, and an excellent sense of humor are some of the many talents we are searching for! We are on a nationwide search hoping to find the right person who is willing to relocate and join our team! Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
