White Plains Honda, the #1 Honda dealership in Westchester , is seeking a Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our fast- paced, customer-focused team. This role is critical to our sales success and is ideal for individuals who are goal-driven, confident on the phone, and eager to grow in the automotive industry. As a BDC Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound sales leads, setting high-quality appointments for our Sales Department, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial contact to showroom arrival.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, internet leads, and text/email inquiries
• Set and confirm sales appointments with potential customers
• Follow up consistently with prospects using CRM tools
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly performance goals
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely customer communication
• Work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants
• Represent the dealership with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Strong communication and phone skills
• High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic
• Ability to handle objections and stay motivated
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Basic computer skills and CRM experience preferred (training provided)
• Automotive or call center experience a plus, but not required
