Puppy Counselor - High-Earning Sales Role Location: Mansfield, TX Pay: $400.00 - $2,000.00+ per week Job Type: Full-time | Part-time Schedule: 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts | Weekends required Work Setting: In person only

Overview

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and guide them through our puppy sales process
• Build rapport, present value , and overcome objections
• Sell premium Puppy Dreams Packages and close high-ticket deals
• Use in-store scripts and rebuttals to increase conversions
• Present and help customers with financing options
• Work closely with managers to finalize deals
• Help in puppy playrooms, at the register, and on the sales floor
• Care for and clean up after puppies when needed Why Salespeople Love This Job

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience

• Comfortable working weekends, evenings, and long shifts
• Must relocate or live near Mansfield, TX
