Position Summary

: Lexor is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to support daily warehouse operations, ensuring the accuracy of inventory activities, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and assisting in the supervision of warehouse personnel. This role works closely with the Warehouse Manager and cross- functional departments--including Purchasing, Sales, and Accounting--to ensure efficient order processing and inventory flow. The ideal candidate is a dependable team leader with hands-on experience in shipping, receiving, and warehouse coordination. Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage pressure well
• Familiarity with warehouse tools and equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Commitment to safety protocols and workplace safety practices
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving
• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese
• Experience in a supervisory or lead role preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central warehouse management system is preferred Job

Duties

:

• Assist the Warehouse Manager in overseeing warehouse fulfillment activities, including order packaging, shipping, and receiving
• Coordinate with the Sales and Accounting departments to ensure timely and accurate order shipments
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Monitor and track incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accuracy
• Support coordination of inbound and outbound shipments with other Lexor warehouse branches (MD, TX, and CA)
• Collaborate with the Procurement Manager to help anticipate inventory needs
• Assist with planning, organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet operational goals and deadlines
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement within the warehouse
• Help train and support warehouse team members to meet quality and productivity standards
