Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to communicate effectively and provide exceptional service to our valued customers.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise - Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently - Provide product knowledge to customers and answer inquiries - Upsell products to increase sales revenue - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Experience - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions accurately - Bilingual skills are a plus - Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets - Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full Time
• Available to work on flexible schedules, such as weekends and holidays as necessary.
• Salary:$20-$28/hour + Sales commission. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
