• This is a phone sales position, so you will be talking, connecting and helping customers on the phone A LOT.
• You will need to be consistent, you will need to work hard. We will train you to help you succeed but you will need a strong work ethic.
• You will go through a training program before taking live leads.
• The role is HOURLY+ COMMISSION. On average after our training program, a consistent sales rep with little to no experience could make around $60,000.00 more or less their first year. Experienced sales reps 100k+. Perks and

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls, understanding clients' tax challenges.
• Present the benefits of our tax relief services.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues while also working independently.
• Manage time effectively to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

:

• No sales experience required!
• Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Training :

Compensation

:

• Hourly + Commission! (pay structure gives you a safety net and also motivates you to do more)
• Opportunity for daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses.
• Commission is uncapped Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
