Join Our Growing Sales Team! Acadia Shutters is expanding, and we're looking for a driven and customer- focused Sales Consultant to join our team! What You 'll Do As a Sales Consultant, you'll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our custom window treatments. Your job is to:

• Provide personalized design consultations
• Take precise window measurements
• Recommend solutions based on customer needs
• Guide clients through the entire process -- from consultation to installation
• Ensure every customer receives an outstanding experience
• No cold calling! All appointments are pre-qualified and pre-scheduled by our dedicated inside sales team. What We Offer
• Base salary + uncapped commission
• Year 1 total earnings: $60K -$85K+
• Year 2 and beyond: $70K -$100K+ potential
• 10 weeks of paid, 1-on-1 training

• Occasional Saturdays may be required What We 're Looking For
• 2+ years of sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with great follow-through
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to climb a ladder and take window measurements
• Creative problem-solving abilities
