• Grow new business and drive revenue through proactive lead generation and strong follow-up strategies.
• Showcase your product expertise by presenting our premium line of windows, doors, and siding solutions to both new and existing clients.
• Develop lasting relationships through trust, integrity, and excellent communication within your assigned territory.
• Manage your sales pipeline efficiently using CRM software (such as AccuLynx) to track leads, quotes, and customer interactions.
• Work independently and as part of a supportive team , maintaining accountability while contributing to a positive, high-performance culture.

What You Bring

• Proven success in outside sales , with at least 2 years of B2C sales experience.
• Strong product knowledge in windows, doors, and siding (or the drive to master it quickly).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation, discipline, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect solution for their homes.
