Summary As a Sales Associate at 2nd STREET USA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our unique selection of second-hand clothing. This position is essential to our mission of offering valuable fashion choices while supporting environmental sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product selection and upsell additional items when appropriate.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Participate in product demonstrations and promotions to enhance customer engagement.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain inventory levels.

Requirements

• Strong retail sales experience with a focus on customer service.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail math concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with upselling techniques is preferred.
