Sales & Buyer Representative Shift: First shift, Monday-Friday, 8:30-5:30pm (hours vary based on seasons with rotating Saturdays required) Job Location: Milan, IL

Compensation

: $18-20/hour (plus opportunity for commission)

Job Summary

: The Sales Representative contributes to our client's mission by maintaining established accounts to get their orders for wholesale plants/flowers.

Responsibilities

:

• Ability to assist customers and growers over the phone and work well with Greenhouse staff.
• Will sell/buy greenhouse plants.
• Mostly sales position but also working on the floor to get to know processes and inventory/buying etc.
• Entering product orders into computer.

Requirements

:

• Greenhouse experience preferred but open to training.
• Customer service and sales-oriented personality.
• Good data entry accuracy and comfortable with computer systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Open to working within a casual work environment.
• Ability to become knowledgeable with products.
• Ability to lift 25lbs on occasion of potted plants. Sedona Staffing
