Responsibilities

: - Develop and maintain relationships with new clients - Conduct warm calls and engage in proactive outreach to generate sales leads - Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful account management - Identify opportunities for business development and growth within the market - Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions - Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas Experience: - Proven experience in outside sales - Strong skills in warm calling and sales techniques - Familiarity with CRM software - Demonstrated leadership abilities and the ability to work independently - Experience in business development and account management - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We offer competitive compensation, including a base salary plus commission, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
