Overview

We are hiring both Entry-Level and Experienced Sales Representatives to join our inside sales team at our Bay Park office (near Costco & Pacific Beach). No prior sales experience is required--we provide full training for individuals who bring the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. Experienced reps will enjoy rapid advancement , leadership opportunities, and multiple streams of income through our competitive compensation structure. What We 're Looking For Our ideal candidate:

• Can commit to a consistent Monday -Friday schedule
• Is reliable and shows up ready to work every day
• Thrives working independently without micromanagement
• Brings a team-player mindset and contributes positively to the office culture
• Has an outgoing, enthusiastic personality--a true people person
• Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has basic computer proficiency
• Can manage a high volume of outbound calls
• (Preferred but not required) Experience in B2B sales, advertising sales, or fundraising Schedule:
• Mon -Thu: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
• Fri: 6:30 AM - 11:30 AM
